I have the extreme pleasure of teaching in Jamaica at the end of May. When Kimmy Warren asked me if I would be able to teach a dance – yoga class to live drums in Jamaica, I was thrilled, and of course I said “YES”. A BIG “THANK YOU” to James Hardy and Kimmy Warren for inviting me to teach at their Jamaica Groove Yoga Retreat
My goal for this adventure is to learn more about myself and my teachings. Stepping out of my comfort zone and tapping into the pulse of Jamaica. I am really excited to explore the goddess energy in Jamaica, eager to learn from her mysteries and hear what she has to say, on the winds of the Caribbean Sea.
I am looking forward to traveling with a group of like minded individuals and getting to know James and Kimmy more. The cherry on top of this adventure will also be traveling and learning from Barbara Loamanou who will also be guest teaching!
